In alignment with UM's vision to be a globally engaged institution and its quality objectives, UM facilitated a partnership discussion with officials from Chodai Company Limited, a construction industry consulting organization based in Japan that was established in 1968. The objective of the visit is to discuss the prospect of a partnership, particularly regarding the employment of engineering graduates. The delegation, led by Teruyoshi Matsumoto, the company's chairman, was warmly received by UM's acting President, Edgardo O. Castillo.
