New Indonesian Partners for UM-CTE for the 10th Batch of SEA-Teacher Implementation

The UM-CTE successfully built connections with new Indonesian partners, which will be added to the existing active partner universities from Indonesia. The evaluation meeting also allowed the college to widen its network to schools in Thailand.

Cultural Tour hosted by Chiang Rai Rajabhat University

The evaluation and coordination meeting capped off with a Cultural Tour hosted by the Chiang Rai Rajabhat University. It was the perfect opportunity to catch up with our previous partners from Indonesia and to share some best practices with the other schools from the Philippines while enjoying the rich culture of Chiang Rai, Thailand.

UM representatives, Dean Jocelyn Bacasmot and Eula Mae Busbus-Senining were warmly welcomed by the host university, Chiang Rai Rajabhat University.

The UM-CTE has been an active member of the SEAMEO SEA-Teacher Program since 2019 (7th Batch). A total of 7 inbound students from Indonesia and 20 outbound students from secondary and elementary education programs of the college were received and sent, respectively. The college looks forward to hosting more inbound student teachers and sending more outbound pre-service across southeast Asia through the SEA-Teacher Project.
