UM's Commitment to Quality Education takes another Leap Forward!

The University of Mindanao proudly announces that four of its programs—BS Information Technology, BS Criminology, BS Hospitality Management, and BS Secondary Education—have successfully passed the 400th ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) Programme Assessment.

This accomplishment is the culmination of a comprehensive evaluation process, where each program was assessed against stringent quality criteria outlined by the AUN-QA framework. The results were based on an extensive review of our Self-Assessment Reports, thorough documentation of evidence, guided site tours of our facilities, and in-depth interviews with selected stakeholders, including faculty, students, alumni, and industry partners.

The AUN-QA framework is a hallmark of academic excellence in the ASEAN region, fostering higher education institutions to align with regional and global benchmarks. Achieving this milestone highlights UM’s steadfast commitment to providing top-tier education that equips students with the skills, knowledge, and global perspective needed in today's world.

With this achievement, the University of Mindanao continues to set the standard for academic excellence in the region, demonstrating that we are not only keeping up with global standards but also exceeding expectations.
