UM Ranks 1st In The Scopus-Indexed Publications

The University of Mindanao secured the top position in the Davao Region for Scopus-indexed publications, according to the GHF Research Excellence Award data for 2024. UM is tied with UP Mindanao, as both institutions have published 35 articles. Following closely is Ateneo de Davao, which has achieved an impressive total of 34 Scopus-indexed publications.

The GHF University Excellence Awards recognize researchers, research programs and projects, and institutions that make significant contributions and advancements to society. The honor of being the 1st in the Davao Region is rooted in UM’s commitment to achieving and sustaining SDG 4 Quality Education, SDG 11 Sustainable Cities and Communities, and SDG 17 Partnership for the Goals.
